Our group programs give children a fun and interactive way to build communication, social, and everyday life skills alongside peers.
Led by our Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists, each program is designed to target specific developmental goals such as language, regulation, social connection, and confidence.
Group settings allow children to practice new skills in a supportive and inclusive environment while learning from each other.
Please see examples below of past programs we’ve run - and if there’s one you’d love to see again, let us know!
School Explorers was designed for children preparing to start prep, helping them build communication skills, confidence, and independence in a supportive group setting. The program combined movement, tabletop games, music, and creative activities to strengthen language, fine motor, and social-emotional skills.
Children practiced following routines, making friends, and developing a sense of self while engaging in fun, structured sessions. School Explorers provided little learners with the tools to transition smoothly into school and feel ready for the exciting journey ahead.
SPOT Kitchen offered children a chance to learn, laugh, and cook together. This hands-on program supported development in receptive language, fine motor skills, executive functioning, and social communication.
Across the sessions, children planned menus, prepared recipes, and role-played as waiters, while building independence and confidence. The program finished with a restaurant-style experience, where participants proudly served their creations to family members.
Pokémon Co. was designed to help children build friendships while celebrating their love of Pokémon. Through themed games, crafts, and collaborative activities, participants practiced receptive and expressive language, creative thinking, planning, and fine motor skills.
The group also encouraged patience, perseverance, and a growth mindset in a supportive space. Highlights included Pokémon crafts, a collaborative mural, and the excitement of opening a new pack of cards together each week.
Little Learners Co. supported families waiting for services by providing practical strategies from both a Speech Pathologist and an Occupational Therapist. The program focused on early language development, with a strong foundation in self- and co-regulation.
Parents learned and practiced strategies to build receptive and expressive language, support emotional regulation, and encourage a growth mindset. Alongside parent coaching, families connected with others on a similar journey, creating a safe space for learning, sharing, and supporting children’s communication development.
Glimmer Girls was created for neurodivergent girls looking to build friendships, confidence, and a strong sense of self. Through creative activities, games, and discussions, participants explored identity, practiced self-advocacy, and nurtured self-esteem in a safe, supportive space.
Each week offered opportunities to connect with peers, celebrate strengths, and develop perseverance and a growth mindset. From art projects to friendship bracelets, the group helped girls shine bright while discovering what makes them unique.
