We have TWO Speech Pathologist positions currently open: 


  • 1x new graduate clinician – Glenroy clinic (no experience) 
  • 1x senior clinician – Chelsea Heights clinic (4-5 years’ experience)

We have THREE Occupational Therapist positions currently open: 


  • 1x new graduate clinician – Glenroy clinic (no experience) 
  • 1x early career clinician - Chelsea Heights clinic (1-2 years’ experience) 
  • 1x established clinician – Chelsea Heights clinic (3-4 years’ experience) 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Blended model of clinic-based and mobile therapy - servicing areas of Melbourne's South East (Kingston, Casey and Frankston) with a central base in Chelsea Heights. 
  • To engage with children 0-12 with different bodies and brains. 
  • To implement a neurodiversity affirming approach with families and children. 
  • To be a part of a genuinely caring, supportive and incredible community. 

You Will Need

  • A passion for servicing children aged 0-12, and their families. 
  • Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. 
  • A commitment to taking a neurodiversity affirming, strengths-based approach to supporting our children and their families. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, as well as independently.

Administration Positions

Casual Administration Assistant - Chelsea Heights

 We’re looking for a proactive and organised Allied Health Administrative Assistant to support our Chelsea Heights clinic. This position is perfect for individuals with a background in healthcare administration or anyone eager to gain experience in the allied health sector.  


Based primarily at our Chelsea Heights clinic, with support at Glenroy as required, this role will provide additional cover for our permanent administration team. The position offers one day per fortnight (Thursdays), with the opportunity for additional shifts to cover planned team absences. 


This role would suit someone with flexibility in their schedule, such as university students or shift workers, who are available to work on an ad-hoc basis. 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Managing appointment bookings and scheduling for therapists. 
  • Answering phone calls, email and solving client queries providing exceptional customer service. 
  • Maintaining accurate client files and documentation. Making sure all service agreements have been signed.  
  • Processing batch invoices post appointments. 
  • Assisting with general office administrative tasks as required. 
  • Ensuring all clinic processes comply with applicable laws and NDIA guidelines.  
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy clinic and upkeeping all safety regulations.  
  • Provide administrative support to management and therapists e.g. monitoring office supplies or booking of therapy rooms. 

You Will Need

  • Previous experience in a healthcare administrative role. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint. 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Confident in managing sensitive or challenging conversations with clients and therapists in a professional, respectful manner 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, as well as independently.   
  • Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
